Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
- - flour for rolling
- - olive oil for brushing
- 1/2 cup grated white cheddar cheese
- 4-5 - italian plum tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch slices
- - salt and ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
How To Make tomato tart

Step 1Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2Remove puff pastry from freezer and let thaw for 20 minutes.

Step 3Roll out pastry, using flour to prevent sticking to board, to fit tart pan. Lay in tart pan and brush lightly with olive oil.

Step 4Top pastry with cheddar cheese, tomato slices and salt and pepper. Sprinkle thyme leaves and Parmesan cheese over top. Bake 15-20 minutes or until done. Cool before slicing and serving.
