- - **sweet & hot pickled jalapenos
- - **red onion
- - **fresh chopped cilantro
- - **crumbled crisp bacon, reduce sodium
- - **chopped pecans
- - **queso fresco cheese
How To Make tex mex fresh tomato salad

Step 1I chopped my tomatoes into large bite size pieces, then diced some red onion and placed both in a bowl with some pickled jalapeno slices and a little juice. I use Uncle Gary's Candied Jalapenos, they are sweet and hot and delicious.

Step 2After about 20 min I drained the juice and added crumbled bacon, chopped pecans, chopped cilantro and queso fresco cheese.
