Ingredients
- 1 cup jar kosher pickles
- 1 cup jalapenos in jar sliced
- 1/2 box tempura mix
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup remoulade sauce (recipe to follow)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
How To Make tempura pickles & jalapeños with remoulade sauce

Step 1mix tempura with water till thin mixture

Step 2towel dry, pickles and jalapeños

Step 3drop into tempura mixture let sit for a few minutes

Step 4heat the vegetable oil to med high, drop in until golden brown a few minutes on each side, drain and sprinkle with the paprika, serve hot

Step 5my remoulade= 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup ketchup, 6 splashes of tabasco sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper....mix well
