Tempura Pickles & Jalapeños with Remoulade Sauce

1 cjar kosher pickles

1 cjalapenos in jar sliced

1/2 boxtempura mix

1 cvegetable oil

1/2 cremoulade sauce (recipe to follow)

1 tsppaprika
How to Make Tempura Pickles & Jalapeños with Remoulade Sauce
- mix tempura with water till thin mixture
- towel dry, pickles and jalapeños
- drop into tempura mixture let sit for a few minutes
- heat the vegetable oil to med high, drop in until golden brown a few minutes on each side, drain and sprinkle with the paprika, serve hot
- my remoulade= 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup ketchup, 6 splashes of tabasco sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper....mix well
