- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 3 ounces cream cheese, at room temp
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
- 1/2 cup apple jelly
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
How To Make sweet-hot mushroom appetizer, barb

Step 1Preheat broiler. Fill mushroom caps evenly with cream cheese. Wrap each mushroom with 1/2 slice bacon and secure with toothpicks. Arrange cream cheese side down on baking sheet. Broil until bacon is crisp about 5 min. Turn mushrooms over and continue broiling until second side is crisp. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and blend thoroughly. Serve mushrooms hot, passing sauce separately.
