Ingredients

6-8 large cucumbers
2 cups sugar
2 cups white vinegar
1 1/4 tablespoons dried celery flakes

How To Make sweet and sour cucumbers

Step 1

peel and slice cucumbers,set aside combine sugar and vinegar .Stir until sugar is dissolved ,combine sugar mixture with cucumbers in any large container with a lid ,store in refrigerator over night

Step 2

You may add onions thinly sliced and celery flakes,I have added very thinly sliced celery ,I have also left them un-peeled it's all about what you like.they are an easy fast way to make an appetizer or a snack.
