A great refreshing dip or spread for sandwiches...it's especially good with home grown tomatoes. I love avocado in mine and sometimes add some cheese. If preparing ahead - stir in the mayonnaise right before serving. Enjoy!

1 1/2 cups, can easily be doubled or tripled.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup torn lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped ripe tomato - home grown is awesome in this dip
- 1/2 pound thick bacon - cooked crisp and chopped
- 1/2 cup hellman"s mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salad supreme seasoning - can be found in the spice aisle at most stores
- assorted - crackers or melba toast
- sometimes - i chop up 1/2 an avocado and add

Step 1Mix mayonnaise and seasoning, set aside. In a medium bowl, toss together the tomato, lettuce and bacon - avocado too if using. Fold in the mayonnaise until everything is coated.

Step 2Serve immediately with crackers. This is great spread on bread or toast as well.
