Ingredients
- 2 large portobello mushroom caps
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 cup grated aged cheddar cheese
- 4 slices precooked bacon
- splash worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
How To Make stuffed portobello mushrooms

Step 1Preheat oven 425 degrees. With a spoon remove the gills from the mushrooms and discard hollowing the mushroom out a bit.

Step 2Spread the butter inside the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1/4 cup of the cheese to each mushroom.

Step 3Splash a little worcestershire sauce in each mushroom. Chop up the bacon and add 2 slices to each mushroom.

Step 4Place on baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes. until cheese is melted and bubbly and the bacon is crisp
