My family and friends loves my stuffed mushrooms and I make them for parties and holidays. It is so simple and easy to fix it. They are so delicious and tasty.

Ingredients
- 24 - large mushrooms, cleaned and dried
- 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
- 8 slices crisp bacon
- 1 - medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (7 1/4 oz.) sliced black olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Remove the stems from the mushrooms and reserve the caps. In a mixing bowl combine the swiss cheese, bacon, onion, olives and parmesan cheese. Blend thoroughly. Stuff the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture, making sure that the filling is slightly mounded. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 F. about 15 minutes, then broil for about 5 minutes more or until the filling is brown. Serve warm.
