- 2 packages fresh large button mushrooms cleaned and stemmed
- 1 pound of ground chicken
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 large jumbo egg
- 3 dashes lemon and pepper
How To Make stuffed mushrooms with chicken meatballs

Step 1Clean and stem mushrooms, place on foil covered cookie sheet face up

Step 2mix ground chicken with egg, parsley, bread crumbs, minced garlic and lemon juice. Season with lemon and pepper

Step 3Form little meat balls to fit and place in mushroom tops

Step 4Preheat oven to 350o and bake uncovered for 35 min. When baked, place on attractive tray and serve with toothpicks
