Ingredients

  • 2 packages fresh large button mushrooms cleaned and stemmed
  • 1 pound of ground chicken
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 large jumbo egg
  • 3 dashes lemon and pepper

How To Make stuffed mushrooms with chicken meatballs

  • Step 1
    Clean and stem mushrooms, place on foil covered cookie sheet face up
  • Step 2
    mix ground chicken with egg, parsley, bread crumbs, minced garlic and lemon juice. Season with lemon and pepper
  • Step 3
    Form little meat balls to fit and place in mushroom tops
  • Step 4
    Preheat oven to 350o and bake uncovered for 35 min. When baked, place on attractive tray and serve with toothpicks
