of ground chicken
chopped fresh parsley
seasoned bread crumbs
lemon and pepper
How To Make stuffed mushrooms with chicken meatballs
Clean and stem mushrooms, place on foil covered cookie sheet face up
mix ground chicken with egg, parsley, bread crumbs, minced garlic and lemon juice. Season with lemon and pepper
Form little meat balls to fit and place in mushroom tops
Preheat oven to 350o and bake uncovered for 35 min.
When baked, place on attractive tray and serve with toothpicks
