Ingredients
- 1 pound baby bella mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- FILLING
- 2 ounces mozarella cheese, grated
- 4 ounces cream cheese or goat cheese
- 2 - green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeeze dried
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegarr
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic & herb seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- TOPPING
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, plain
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic & herb seasoning
How To Make stuffed mushrooms in air fryer

Step 1In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with the oil and seasoning to coat. Place them on the air fryer cooking tray/basket.

Step 2In another bowl, combine the filling ingredients. Mix well. Spoon the filling into the prepped mushrooms.

Step 3Combine the topping ingredients in a shallow bowl. Dip the stuffed mushrooms, stuffing side down, into the topping, then return to the tray/basket. Stuffing side up.

Step 4Roast the mushrooms in the air fryer at 350 F for about 15 minutes, until cooked through and the tops are slightly browned. Serve immediately.
