A quick and easy recipe that is always a hit a parties. You can also roast these in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby bella mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • FILLING
  • 2 ounces mozarella cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces cream cheese or goat cheese
  • 2 - green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeeze dried
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegarr
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic & herb seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • TOPPING
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, plain
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic & herb seasoning

How To Make stuffed mushrooms in air fryer

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with the oil and seasoning to coat. Place them on the air fryer cooking tray/basket.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl, combine the filling ingredients. Mix well. Spoon the filling into the prepped mushrooms.
  • Step 3
    Combine the topping ingredients in a shallow bowl. Dip the stuffed mushrooms, stuffing side down, into the topping, then return to the tray/basket. Stuffing side up.
  • Step 4
    Roast the mushrooms in the air fryer at 350 F for about 15 minutes, until cooked through and the tops are slightly browned. Serve immediately.
