- 1 - onion, chopped
- 10 - strips bacon, fried and crumbled

- 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Step 1Put mushroom caps in buttered pans. Mix chopped stems, mayo, onion, bacon, salt and cheese. Fill caps. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees 10-15 min.
