  • 3 pints mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 10 - strips bacon, fried and crumbled
  • - seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

  • Step 1
    Put mushroom caps in buttered pans. Mix chopped stems, mayo, onion, bacon, salt and cheese. Fill caps. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees 10-15 min.
