stuffed mushrooms
These are the best stuffed mushrooms that I have ever eaten. I found this recipe 40 something years ago when I was first married in the cookbook that came with my blender.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 4 slices dry bread
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 - lemon juice
How To Make stuffed mushrooms

Step 1De-stem mushrooms, quarter onion and cut up bread. Add all to food processor and pulse until fine.

Step 2Melt butter in skillet. Add mushroom mixture and saute 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, marjoram, thyme, garlic and white wine, Mix well and saute 5 minutes over low heat.

Step 3Place mushroom caps in a 9" x 13" pan and sprinkle with salt. Fill caps with mushroom mixture.

Step 4Bake at 375-degrees for 10 minutes. Turn oven to broil and move to 4-5 inches from heat. Broil 5 minutes.
