If I don't take these to family gatherings,one of my nephews always ask "why didn't you make some of those stuffed mushrooms?"

Ingredients
- 24-30 medium whole mushrooms
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup pepperidge farms herb seasoned stuffing mix
How To Make stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Remove stems. Chop 1 cup and set aside.

Step 2Melt 2 Tbsp. margareine and brush mushrooms caps with it. Place mushrooms top side down in a shallow baking pan.

Step 3Heat remaining margarine. Add stems, onion and garlic powder. Cook until tender.

Step 4Stir in cheeses and parsley. Add stuffing mix and mix lightly.

Step 5Spoon about 1 Tbsp. of mix (depending on the size of the mushrooms) into each mushroom cap.

Step 6Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Enjoy!!!

Step 7NOTE: YOU CAN USE MINCED FRESH GARLIC IF YOU WANT.
