Stuffed Mushroom

My husband's sargeant use to make these all the time. I make them when ever asked to. These are super easy to make and will go really fast!

1 large
package of button mushroom
1 lb
sausage any kind you like
parmesan cheese


1Pre heat oven to 325. Remove stems from mushrooms, dice 5 to 10 stems set aside, despose of the rest of the stems.
2Brown and ground sausage add diced stems, drain fat.
3clean mushroom tops with a damp clothe. Fill mushroom with sausage, place on a cookie sheet, top with shredded parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
4Serve right away and enjoy!
