How to Make Stuffed Mushroom
- Pre heat oven to 325. Remove stems from mushrooms, dice 5 to 10 stems set aside, despose of the rest of the stems.
- Brown and ground sausage add diced stems, drain fat.
- clean mushroom tops with a damp clothe. Fill mushroom with sausage, place on a cookie sheet, top with shredded parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
