- 1 large package of button mushroom
- 1 pound sausage any kind you like
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make stuffed mushroom

Step 1Pre heat oven to 325. Remove stems from mushrooms, dice 5 to 10 stems set aside, despose of the rest of the stems.

Step 2Brown and ground sausage add diced stems, drain fat.

Step 3clean mushroom tops with a damp clothe. Fill mushroom with sausage, place on a cookie sheet, top with shredded parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 4Serve right away and enjoy!
