My husband's sargeant use to make these all the time. I make them when ever asked to. These are super easy to make and will go really fast!

Ingredients

  • 1 large package of button mushroom
  • 1 pound sausage any kind you like
  • - parmesan cheese

How To Make stuffed mushroom

  • Step 1
    Pre heat oven to 325. Remove stems from mushrooms, dice 5 to 10 stems set aside, despose of the rest of the stems.
  • Step 2
    Brown and ground sausage add diced stems, drain fat.
  • Step 3
    clean mushroom tops with a damp clothe. Fill mushroom with sausage, place on a cookie sheet, top with shredded parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Serve right away and enjoy!
