Ingredients
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make stuffed artichokes

Step 1Trim and wash artichokes. Mix together bread crumbs, cheese and spices. Stuff leaves of artichokes with mixture. Pour olive oil over stuffing. Place in large pot with about 1/2" of water. Cover and cook on medium heat about 45 minutes, until leaves pull away easily.. Enjoy
