I found this recipe in a book called Menus and Music - Before Dinner. Sounds simple and good.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    fresh chives, minced
  • 1 tsp
    fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/8 c
    jalapeno jelly
  • 1/2
    lime, juice only
  • 32
    snow peas

How to Make Steamed Snow Peas W/ Jalapeno-Cream Dipping Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients (cream cheese thru lime juice).
  2. Steam the snow peas for about 1 minute, so they are still crispy.
  3. Place the jalapeno cream in a bowl with the snow peas arranged around the bowl.
