My kids love these veggie treats. Spice them up as much as you want. I always add extra pepper sauce to the top of the dip...this is a good way for kids and adults to get those veggies.... My photos

Ingredients For spicy vegetable cheese balls & sauce

10 ozfrozen chopped broccoli,thawed, squeeze to drain

2 cshredded colby-monterey jack cheese blend (8 oz)

1 coriginal bisquick mix
-
1egg
-
1 Tbspfinely chopped red bell pepper
-
1 Tbsponion, minced
-
1 1/2 tspgarlic salt
-
2 - 3 tspsriracha sauce
- SAUCE
-
1/2 csour cream
-
2 tspsriracha sauce
-
2 Tbspsliced green onions (2 medium)

2 Tbspfinely chopped red bell pepper
How To Make spicy vegetable cheese balls & sauce

1Heat oven to 350 degree F. Spray or grease bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan. In large bowl, stir together veggie-cheese ball ingredients.

2Slightly wet hands with water for easier rolling; shape mixture into 1-inch balls; place on pan.

3Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix dipping sauce ingredients.

4Immediately remove balls from pan. Serve warm with sauce for dipping.
