I found this in an old church cook book. Every one knows the best cooks are the little old ladies cooking for potluck at church.

Ingredients

  • 8 medium squash, fresh
  • 1 - yellow onion
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese

How To Make squash dip

  • Step 1
    Put sliced squash in pan with enough water to cover. Add chopped onion, cook until tender, drain.
  • Step 2
    Brown sausage and drain. Add mushroom soup and velveeta.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Serve with crackers or chips.
