Ingredients
- 6 ounces stove top chicken stuffing, 1 pkg.
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 40 - mushrooms, fresh
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3-4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (optional)
How To Make spinach stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Preheat oven to 400F.

Step 2Mix stuffing and water.

Step 3Remove stems from mushrooms.

Step 4Dice mushroom stems.

Step 5Melt butter in skillet. Add stems and garlic. Cook until tender.

Step 6Add spinach, cheeses and bacon to stuffing. Mix well.

Step 7Spoon into mushroom caps.

Step 8Bake 20 minutes or until tender.
