This recipe is a nice combination of flavors. You could add your own variations by adding ham, bell pepper, or water chestnuts. Try topping with parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes after baking.

Ingredients For spinach squares

  • 1 - 10 oz can
    refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 - 10 oz pkg
    frozen spinach, drained
  • 1/2 c
    purchased alfredo sauce
  • 1 - 4.5 oz can
    mushrooms, drained
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded

How To Make spinach squares

  • 1
    Grease 9 x 13 baking pan. Unroll dough and press into pan and slightly up sides.

    Spoon on Alfredo sauce. Distribute WELL DRAINED chopped spinach on top of sauce. Top with mushroom slices. Top with shredded cheese.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 15 -17 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares. Serve warm.
