This recipe is a nice combination of flavors. You could add your own variations by adding ham, bell pepper, or water chestnuts. Try topping with parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes after baking.

1 - 10 oz can(s)
refrigerated pizza crust dough
1 - 10 oz pkg
frozen spinach, drained
1/2 c
purchased alfredo sauce
1 - 4.5 oz can(s)
mushrooms, drained
2 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded

How to Make Spinach Squares


  • 1Grease 9 x 13 baking pan. Unroll dough and press into pan and slightly up sides.
  • 2Spoon on Alfredo sauce. Distribute WELL DRAINED chopped spinach on top of sauce. Top with mushroom slices. Top with shredded cheese.
  • 3Bake at 425 degrees for 15 -17 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares. Serve warm.
