spinach rollups
(1 RATING)
My mother used to make these, but I cannot find her recipe. This recipe is from a woman I went to church with who used to do the food for church events. I know she wouldn't mind. Thanks, Bea! These are delicious. And great for potlucks, parties, and big family gatherings. Enjoy! Warning: They are HIGHLY addictive! Don't say I didn't warn you! LOL

- 2 cups mayonaisse
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 packages ranch dip mix
- 2 cups bacon bits
- 4-6 bunches green onions
- 12 - extra large flour tortillas
How To Make spinach rollups
-
Step 1Tear wax paper sheets a little larger that the tortillas. Stack paper, tortilla, paper, tortilla, etc.
-
Step 2Mix all ingredients together.
-
Step 3Spread thinly on tortilla, roll up and then wrap in the wax paper sheet, twisting ends to secure. Repeat until mixture is gone.

Step 4Refrigerate overnight. If you don't want to do them the night before, at least allow a couple hours for them to set up in the frig to make slicing easier, and for flavors to meld.
