Spinach Ranch Roll Ups

1 csour cream
1 pkg(10 oz) frozen chopped spinach - thawed and squeezed dry
1 bunchgreen onions - thinly sliced
1/2 jar(s)hormel bacon bites
1 pkghidden valley ranch dressing mix - do not use dip mix
1 pkg8- flour tortillas - burrito size
How to Make Spinach Ranch Roll Ups
- In large bowl combine all ingredients except tortillas. Mix well. Let set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour so flavors can blend. Spread thin layer of mixture on tortillas leaving about 1/2" border. Roll up jelly roll style. Cut into 1" pieces and serve.
* Roll ups will cut easier if made ahead of time and left in refrigerator for tortillas to soften up a bit. A serrated knife works best.
** I have made these will light mayonnaise and sour cream and they taste the same.
