24 spinach puffs

Ingredients

  • 3 pkg
    cresant rolls (pillsbury raw cresant rolls)
  • 1 box
    frozen spinach,chopped (9oz)
  • 3/4
    chopped red pepper, fine
  • 3/4
    of 8oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 large
    green onion,chopped fine
  • 3 clove
    garlic,pressed
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    feta cheese

How to Make Spinach Puffs

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Cook spinach in microwave for the required time
  3. While spinach is cooking,in large bowl, mix all ingredients (except for cresant rolls) together well using a table spoon.
  4. On a baking sheet,layout the cresant roll triangles,place a heeping tsp of the spinach mix in the center of each cresant triangle, then fold the triangle around the spinach mix so there is no spinach mix showing.
  5. Bake for 7-11 minutes(until a light brown),let cool for 2 minutes then serve.
