    loaves french bread
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
  • 10 oz
    frozen chopped spinach
  • 8 oz
    sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 10 slice
    bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 2 tsp
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Spinach Loaf


  1. Slice bread along top, scoop out some soft crumbs. fill with mixture of remaining ingredients. Seal in tin foil and bake at 375 degrees 1 1/2 to 2 hours. slice and serve.
