This is an amazing dip. It is good cold and even better when you heat if up. I even use it as a sandwich spread with turkey and swiss..mmmmmm

Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 package sour cream
- 1 package knorr vegetable dip
- 1 package knorr cream of spinach
- 1 package 16 oz. sharp shredded cheddar
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 boxes spinach thawed and squeezed dry
How To Make spinach dip

Step 1In a food processor add water chestnuts, green onions, and spinach. Chop well.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, including chopped vegetables. mix well put in a container and cover to let set for at least one hour.

Step 3When ready to serve use assorted crackers or a bread bowl. It's good cold..and even more amazing heated as a hot dip.
