This is an amazing dip. It is good cold and even better when you heat if up. I even use it as a sandwich spread with turkey and swiss..mmmmmm

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 package sour cream
  • 1 package knorr vegetable dip
  • 1 package knorr cream of spinach
  • 1 package 16 oz. sharp shredded cheddar
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 boxes spinach thawed and squeezed dry

How To Make spinach dip

  • Step 1
    In a food processor add water chestnuts, green onions, and spinach. Chop well.
  • Step 2
    In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, including chopped vegetables. mix well put in a container and cover to let set for at least one hour.
  • Step 3
    When ready to serve use assorted crackers or a bread bowl. It's good cold..and even more amazing heated as a hot dip.
