This is an amazing dip. It is good cold and even better when you heat if up. I even use it as a sandwich spread with turkey and swiss..mmmmmm

  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 pkg
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    knorr vegetable dip
  • 1 pkg
    knorr cream of spinach
  • 1 pkg
    16 oz. sharp shredded cheddar
  • 1 can(s)
    water chestnuts, chopped fine
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 box
    spinach thawed and squeezed dry

How to Make Spinach Dip


  1. In a food processor add water chestnuts, green onions, and spinach. Chop well.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, including chopped vegetables. mix well put in a container and cover to let set for at least one hour.
  3. When ready to serve use assorted crackers or a bread bowl. It's good cold..and even more amazing heated as a hot dip.
