Ingredients
- 2 packages 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 ounce package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 6 - 12" flour tortillas
- 3 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 can 10 oz. chicken breast
How To Make spinach & chicken roll-ups

Step 1In a medium size mixing bowl, combine spinach, ranch mix, mayo, sour cream, bacon bits, onion, and chicken.

Step 2Spread mixture onto each tortilla and roll it up. Place in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 3Slice each roll into 1" - 2" servings no more than 3 hours before serving.
