Spinach & Chicken Roll-ups
2 pkg10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
1 ozpackage ranch dressing mix
1 csour cream
1/2 cbacon bits
612" flour tortillas
3 Tbspchopped onions
1 can(s)10 oz. chicken breast
How to Make Spinach & Chicken Roll-ups
- In a medium size mixing bowl, combine spinach, ranch mix, mayo, sour cream, bacon bits, onion, and chicken.
- Spread mixture onto each tortilla and roll it up. Place in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Slice each roll into 1" - 2" servings no more than 3 hours before serving.
