Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 oz
    package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    bacon bits
  • 6
    12" flour tortillas
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped onions
  • 1 can(s)
    10 oz. chicken breast

How to Make Spinach & Chicken Roll-ups

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine spinach, ranch mix, mayo, sour cream, bacon bits, onion, and chicken.
  2. Spread mixture onto each tortilla and roll it up. Place in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Slice each roll into 1" - 2" servings no more than 3 hours before serving.
