This is a nice appetizer to serve at parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 ounce package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 6 - 12" flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 1 can 10 oz. chicken breast

How To Make spinach & chicken roll-ups

  • Step 1
    In a medium size mixing bowl, combine spinach, ranch mix, mayo, sour cream, bacon bits, onion, and chicken.
  • Step 2
    Spread mixture onto each tortilla and roll it up. Place in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Step 3
    Slice each roll into 1" - 2" servings no more than 3 hours before serving.
