An employee I worked with brought this recipe in one day and I fell in love with it. I'm not a big fan of spinach and hesitated but i loved these bars. I've been making this for about 13 years now and it still gets raves when I serve them or bring them to someone.
Please enjoy.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Enjoy these cheesy bars when they're still warm or at room temperature. Either way they are simply outstanding. Try adding red pepper flakes or horseradish for an added kick! The Test Kitchen
