Spinach Cheese Balls
2 pkgfrozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/4 croasted red peppers, chopped
2 clovegarlic, minced
2 Tbspsun dried tomato pesto sauce
2 cgluten-free panko crumbs
2 citalian cheese blend, grated
1 tspsalt and pepper
How to Make Spinach Cheese Balls
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Thaw spinach, strain/squeeze all the excess water out of the spinach, and transfer to a large bowl.
- Form small balls and place on the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake in oven for approximately 20 minutes, then turn the heat up to 425 degrees F and bake for another 10-15 minutes until they are slightly browned.
- Remove and let cool.
- Serve with hummus flavor of your choice (or marinara sauce, or a tzatziki sauce, etc.)
