Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    frozen spinach thawed drained (9 oz)
  • 1 c
    biscuit mix
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    minced onion
  • ·
    garlic salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Spinach Cheese Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 400. spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. drain spinach until really dry. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
