Ingredients
- 1 package frozen spinach thawed drained (9 oz)
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 - egg
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- - garlic salt and pepper to taste
How To Make spinach cheese balls

Step 1preheat oven to 400. spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Step 2drain spinach until really dry. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet.

Step 3Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
