Ingredients

  • 1 package stove top stuffing
  • 1-2/3 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 packages frozen spinach, thawed, drained and patted dry
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 - eggs

How To Make spinach balls

  • Step 1
    Mix stuffing, hot water and butter in a bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients and form into about 60 small balls.
  • Step 2
    Place in a single layer on 2 rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Step 3
    Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
