Ingredients
- 1 package stove top stuffing
- 1-2/3 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 packages frozen spinach, thawed, drained and patted dry
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 - eggs
How To Make spinach balls

Step 1Mix stuffing, hot water and butter in a bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients and form into about 60 small balls.

Step 2Place in a single layer on 2 rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 3Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
