Ingredients For spinach balls

1 pkgstove top stuffing
-
1-2/3 chot water
-
1/4 cbutter, melted
-
2 pkgfrozen spinach, thawed, drained and patted dry

1 cparmesan cheese
-
1 cmushrooms, chopped
-
1 smonion, chopped
-
4eggs
How To Make spinach balls

1Mix stuffing, hot water and butter in a bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients and form into about 60 small balls.

2Place in a single layer on 2 rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.

3Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
