1Combine all ingredients well and roll into bite-size balls. I usually have them a tad bit larger than a quarter.
2Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet @ 325-350 for approximately 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
*I cook the entire batch and then freeze most of them. Just pop them in the microwave, oven or toaster oven and heat through.
3I normally serve them with a dip, such as, Ranch dressing, honey mustard or yum yum sauce.
4Note: If you rather use butter cut back to 3/4 stick (5 or 6 TBSP) do they will be too greasy for this particular recipe.
