Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz boxes frozen cream spinach
  • 1 cup cup of mayonaise
  • 1 cup paremesan cheese
  • 1 14oz - can of artichoke hearts drained and coarsley chopped
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 3 cups pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped

How To Make spinach artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350.Mix mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.Stir in artichokes,spinach, garlic 2 cups of pepper jack cheese and bell peppers.
  • Step 2
    Spoon mixture in to a casserole dish.Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Step 3
    Cover and bake about 30min until mixture is melted .Serve with some tortilla chips
