Ingredients For spinach artichoke dip

  • 1 10 oz box
    frozen cream spinach
  • 1 c
    cup of mayonaise
  • 1 c
    paremesan cheese
  • 1 14oz
    can of artichoke hearts drained and coarsley chopped
  • 3 clove
    chopped garlic
  • 3 c
    pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 c
    red bell pepper chopped

How To Make spinach artichoke dip

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350.Mix mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.Stir in artichokes,spinach, garlic 2 cups of pepper jack cheese and bell peppers.

    Spoon mixture in to a casserole dish.Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

    Cover and bake about 30min until mixture is melted .Serve with some tortilla chips
