Spinach Artichoke dip

1 10 oz box
frozen cream spinach
1 c
cup of mayonaise
1 c
paremesan cheese
1 14oz
can of artichoke hearts drained and coarsley chopped
3 clove
chopped garlic
3 c
pepper jack cheese
1/2 c
red bell pepper chopped


1Heat oven to 350.Mix mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.Stir in artichokes,spinach, garlic 2 cups of pepper jack cheese and bell peppers.
2Spoon mixture in to a casserole dish.Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
3Cover and bake about 30min until mixture is melted .Serve with some tortilla chips
