I made this the first time just in a crock pot, cause that is the way my friend always brought it to functions. Bake it. Stir. Bake it again. The results are evident.

  • 1 can(s)
    artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1 ¼ c
    mozzarella cheese, grated
  • ½ c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 c
    spinach, frozen
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature

How to Make Spinach Artichoke Dip


  1. Mix all together, bake @ 350℉ until bubbles start to appear. Remove from oven and stir well. Then return to oven and bake until it start to get light golden.
