I made this the first time just in a crock pot, cause that is the way my friend always brought it to functions. Bake it. Stir. Bake it again. The results are evident.

artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 ¼ c
mozzarella cheese, grated
½ c
parmesan cheese, grated
2 c
spinach, frozen
1 c
mayonnaise
1 c
sour cream
1 tsp
garlic, minced
1 tsp
onion powder
1 pkg
cream cheese, room temperature

How to Make Spinach Artichoke Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all together, bake @ 350℉ until bubbles start to appear. Remove from oven and stir well. Then return to oven and bake until it start to get light golden.
