spinach artichoke dip

I made this the first time just in a crock pot, cause that is the way my friend always brought it to functions. Bake it. Stir. Bake it again. The results are evident.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1 ¼ cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups spinach, frozen
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package cream cheese, room temperature

How To Make spinach artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Mix all together, bake @ 350℉ until bubbles start to appear. Remove from oven and stir well. Then return to oven and bake until it start to get light golden.
