This is soooooo yummy! Even my friends that don't like spinach and artichokes were surprised how much they love it :)

Ingredients

  • 2 cans quartered artichokes, in a can
  • 2 cups real mayo
  • 2 cups shredded parmesans cheese
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder, or to taste
  • 2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make spinach artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Drain and chop artichokes into smaller pieces. Microwave spinach until thawed out and then drain well. In 8 X 8 casserole dish, combine all ingredients and mix together. Bake at 350 for 30mins. Can be served hot or cold...I love it warm :)
