This is a little different twist on spinach dip. Hope you enjoy :)

  • 2 box
    frozen spinach
  • 2 c
    herb stuffing mix
  • 2 small
    onions, finely chopped
  • 6
    eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 2/3 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper (powdered)

How to Make Spicy Spinach Balls


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook and drain spinach according to package directions.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  4. Make into walnut sized balls.
  5. Bake on cookie sheet about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce (or alone, your call).
