  • 1
    head of cauliflower broken into large florets
  • 1 c
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    each garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, sweet paprika, cajun seasoning.
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    favorite hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • ·
    oil for deep frying

How to Make Spicy Fried Cauliflower


  1. In a shallow dish place the flour, cornstarch, salt, white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder paprika, cajun seasoning and yeast. Mix well
  2. In another shallow dish mix the milk, hot sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Bring the oil to 350 degrees. Dip the cauliflower in the milk mixture then the flour then back in milk then flour again. Deep fry 5 to 7 minutes. Serve with favorite dipping sauce
