Ingredients
- 4 cans cooked chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 2 - sweet potatoes (approx. 1#)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 - limes, juice of
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- - 1/4 to 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
How To Make spiced sweet potato hummus

Step 1Bake sweet potatoes at 400 degrees for 1 hr. let cool completely and discard skins and cut into chunks.

Step 2Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3Serve with Pita Chips and cut up vegtables
