  • 4 can(s)
    cooked chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • 2
    sweet potatoes (approx. 1#)
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil
  • 2
    limes, juice of
  • 1 Tbsp
    smoked paprika
  • 3/4 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground coriander
  • ·
    1/4 to 1 teaspoon salt, to taste

How to Make Spiced Sweet Potato Hummus


  1. Bake sweet potatoes at 400 degrees for 1 hr. let cool completely and discard skins and cut into chunks.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve with Pita Chips and cut up vegtables
