cooked chickpeas, drained & rinsed
sweet potatoes (approx. 1#)
2 Tbsp
1/3 c
olive oil
limes, juice of
1 Tbsp
smoked paprika
3/4 tsp
minced garlic
1/2 tsp
ground coriander
1/4 to 1 teaspoon salt, to taste

How to Make Spiced Sweet Potato Hummus


  • 1Bake sweet potatoes at 400 degrees for 1 hr. let cool completely and discard skins and cut into chunks.
  • 2Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • 3Serve with Pita Chips and cut up vegtables
