This is a favorite of ours! It is fast and simple to make for any type party.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans mexican style corn, drained
  • 2 (4oz.) cans chopped green chilies
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 sprigs green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chilies
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon tony chachere's seasoning
  • - tabasco to taste

How To Make schelley's corn dip

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with corn chips.
