- - jimmy dean breakfast sausage, i prefer hot
- - mushrooms, either baby bellas or white
How To Make sausage stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Clean the mushrooms and gently break off the stems to create a hole. (I try to buy the larger caps)

Step 2Roll a piece of sausage (raw) into a ball and fill the hole.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the sausage is cooked.

Step 4tip: I crinkle some aluminum foil on my pan before I arrange the mushrooms for baking so they don't slide all over the place.
