How to Make Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Clean the mushrooms and gently break off the stems to create a hole. (I try to buy the larger caps)
  2. Roll a piece of sausage (raw) into a ball and fill the hole.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the sausage is cooked.
  4. tip: I crinkle some aluminum foil on my pan before I arrange the mushrooms for baking so they don't slide all over the place.
