How to Make sausage stuffed mushrooms
- mix stuffing mix with broth & butter. let set
- brown the sausage. when completely cooked, add sausage to stuffing mix. mix completely. add in a half pack of cheese, and mix
- remove stems from mushroom caps. (I save the stems in a freezer bag and use them later in hotdishes)
stuff mushroom caps with stuffing mix. and place in ungreased cake pan. bake at 350 for 25 mins.
- sprinkle remander of cheese on top for cooked mushrooms and serve.
