fresh mushrooms, stems removed
bulk sage flavored sausage
chopped green onions
fresh parmesan cheese, shredded
How To Make
Place cleaned mushrooms in a shallow baking dish; brush mushrooms with melted butter.
Brown sausage, onions and garlic in a skillet; drain.
Mix in pepper, parsley, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese to sausage mixture. Heat to blend all ingredients and melt cheeses.
Stuff mushrooms with filling and bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
These can be made the day before and baked just before serving.
