I love these tasty little things. A lady at our church used to make them so I got the recipe from her many years ago and I am still making them today. Great as a snack or game time food.

Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 16 ounces sauerkraut, drained very well
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 - eggs
How To Make sauerkraut balls

Step 1Cook sausage until browned, drain.

Step 2Mix sauerkraut and cream cheese into the sausage. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Step 3Slightly beat eggs and place in a bowl.

Step 4Put breadcrumbs into another bowl

Step 5Roll sausage mixture into 1 inch balls.

Step 6Put the balls into the eggs and then into the breadcrumbs.

Step 7Fry in deepfryer until golden brown (about 3min)
