How to Make Sauerkraut Balls
- Cook sausage until browned, drain.
- Mix sauerkraut and cream cheese into the sausage. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
- Slightly beat eggs and place in a bowl.
- Put breadcrumbs into another bowl
- Roll sausage mixture into 1 inch balls.
- Put the balls into the eggs and then into the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in deepfryer until golden brown (about 3min)
