sauerkraut, drained very well
cream cheese softened
1Cook sausage until browned, drain.
2Mix sauerkraut and cream cheese into the sausage. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
3Slightly beat eggs and place in a bowl.
4Put breadcrumbs into another bowl
5Roll sausage mixture into 1 inch balls.
6Put the balls into the eggs and then into the breadcrumbs.
7Fry in deepfryer until golden brown (about 3min)
