How to Make Refrigerator Sweet Pickles
- Combine cukes, peppers, onions, and celery seed in layers to help distribute flavor in a quart jar. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over cucumber mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before eating, overnight is better.
- When there is room in the jar you can simply add more cucumbers to make more pickles. I can get 2 or 3 rounds out of the vinegar before it gets too watered down to give good flavor.
