radish sandwiches w/bread & butter prickles

Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch red radishes, cleaned and trimmed
  • - mayonnaise, to desired creaminess
  • - ground white pepper (which i added)
  • - sandwich bread, crackers, pita or similar
  • 6-8 - bread and butter pickles

How To Make radish sandwiches w/bread & butter prickles

  • Step 1
    Grate or finely minced the radishes. Add enough mayonnaise to a firm spreading consistency. Stir in a pinch of ground white pepper.
  • Step 2
    Spread the mixture on your choice of bread, crackers, stuffed in pita, etc.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with bread and butter pickles cut into 'prickle' shapes.
