Ingredients
- 1 small bunch red radishes, cleaned and trimmed
- - mayonnaise, to desired creaminess
- - ground white pepper (which i added)
- - sandwich bread, crackers, pita or similar
- 6-8 - bread and butter pickles
How To Make radish sandwiches w/bread & butter prickles

Step 1Grate or finely minced the radishes. Add enough mayonnaise to a firm spreading consistency. Stir in a pinch of ground white pepper.

Step 2Spread the mixture on your choice of bread, crackers, stuffed in pita, etc.

Step 3Garnish with bread and butter pickles cut into 'prickle' shapes.
