quick & easy imitation crab salad
This recipe was given to me by a co-worker many years ago. It's light and refreshing. **The tostado shells come a package ready to eat; however, you could use the type of tostado shell that requires baking. Just cool before adding ingredients. You can also use as a dip for tortilla chips.

- 1 package imitation crab
- shredded cabbage
- shredded carrots
- sliced radishes
- green onions
- lemon juice to taste
- 1 package tostado shells (ready to eat - no baking required). can also serve as a dip with tortilla chips.
- salt, pepper and/or lemon pepper
How To Make quick & easy imitation crab salad

Step 1Shred crab and add remaining veggies to taste.

Step 2Squeeze plenty of lemon juice over mixture and add salt & pepper and/or lemon pepper.
