This is a great recipe and tastes wonderful served with triscuits or tortilla chips. My family asks for this at least once a week. Good way to get the kids to eat their spinach!

  • 1 box
    frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mozarella cheese
  • 1 - 2 tsp
    minced garlic ( amount depends on your preference)

How to Make Quick & Easy Hot Spinach Dip


  1. Mix everything together except mozzarella cheese.
  2. Evenly spread in a 8 x 8 baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake 15 -20 minutes at 325 degrees or until the cheese melts on top. Serve warm.
