Creamy chicken and spinach crescents that are so delicious, you'll want to eat them all!

Ingredients

  • 2 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1-1/2 cup low-fat ricaotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 tablespoons softened butter
  • 3 - 10 oz cans refrigerated crescent rolls

How To Make puffed up chicken/spinach puffs

  • Step 1
    Spray lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Heat ovem to 325, lightly spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Place skillet over madium-low heat. Cook and stir, chicken cubes, onion and garlic for 5 mins.
  • Step 2
    Stir in spinach. Cook, stirring until spinach is wilted, about 5 mins. Transfer mix to lg bowl. Combine w/ ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and butter. Mix until creamy.
  • Step 3
    Unroll dough and pinch 2 triangles together to make a rectangle. Repeat w/ remaining dough. Place about 1 tbsp of mix onto center of each recatngle. Fold corners together and pinch to seal. Place puffs on baking sheet. Bake 12 mins, or until golden brown.
