Ingredients

1 pound - small potatoes
- soft butter
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- sour cream for dipping

How To Make pub potatoes

Step 1

Lightly coat potatoes with butter.

Step 2

Combine salt, sugar and black pepper and sprinkle on potatoes.
Step 3

Bake on cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until tender.
Step 4

Serve with sour cream for dipping.
