Deep Fry


2 medium
baked potatoes
1 c
sour cream
green onions, chopped
4 slice
bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 c
fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in a little butter
salt to taste

How to Make Potato Dippers


  • 1Cut each potato, ( that has been baked) into eight wedges leaving skins on.
  • 2Deep fry potato wedges at 400 degrees for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 3Arrange fried potato wedges in circle on platter.
  • 4Mix sour cream, onions, cheese, bacon and mushrooms together and bowl in center of potato wedges for easy dipping.
  • 5Makes 16 potato wedge.
