Ingredients
- 2 medium baked potatoes
- - oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 - green onions, chopped
- 4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in a little butter
- - salt to taste
How To Make potato dippers

Step 1Cut each potato, ( that has been baked) into eight wedges leaving skins on.

Step 2Deep fry potato wedges at 400 degrees for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 3Arrange fried potato wedges in circle on platter.

Step 4Mix sour cream, onions, cheese, bacon and mushrooms together and bowl in center of potato wedges for easy dipping.

Step 5Makes 16 potato wedge.
