2 mediumbaked potatoes
1 csour cream
2green onions, chopped
4 slicebacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 cfresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in a little butter
·salt to taste
How to Make Potato Dippers
- Cut each potato, ( that has been baked) into eight wedges leaving skins on.
- Deep fry potato wedges at 400 degrees for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Arrange fried potato wedges in circle on platter.
- Mix sour cream, onions, cheese, bacon and mushrooms together and bowl in center of potato wedges for easy dipping.
- Makes 16 potato wedge.
