Deep Fry


  • 2 medium
    baked potatoes
  • ·
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2
    green onions, chopped
  • 4 slice
    bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in a little butter
  • ·
    salt to taste

How to Make Potato Dippers


  1. Cut each potato, ( that has been baked) into eight wedges leaving skins on.
  2. Deep fry potato wedges at 400 degrees for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Arrange fried potato wedges in circle on platter.
  4. Mix sour cream, onions, cheese, bacon and mushrooms together and bowl in center of potato wedges for easy dipping.
  5. Makes 16 potato wedge.
