pinwheel appetizers
I made these for a PTA function a couple years ago. They went so fast and I was asked for the recipe a great deal. So I thought I would share it here. You can also just make it as a wrap for yourself.

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3 - drops hot sauce
- 3 - 12 inch flour tortillas
- 2 1/2 ounces sliced corned beef
- 9 - fresh spinach leaves
- SERVE WITH
- - hot sauce
- - your favorite salsa
How To Make pinwheel appetizers

Step 1Combine wild rice, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, mustard, and pepper sauce in a small mixing bowl.

Step 2Spread evenly over tortillas, leaving a 1/2 inch border on one side of each tortilla.

Step 3Place a single layer of corned beef over rice and cheese mixture.

Step 4Top with a layer of spinach.

Step 5Roll each tortilla tightly toward your 1/2 inch border. Moisten the border with a little bit of water and press to seal your roll.

Step 6Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or over night.

Step 7Cut into 2 inch slices to serve. Makes about 36
